I have had a long career as an economist, in public and private institutions, both at a national and international levels. I have experience fulfilling simple and complex objectives in multicultural environments, from developing and compiling statistical reports to designing and implementing public policies, from managing projects and information to develop efficient networks. In recent years I have been focused on issues of competitiveness, productivity, innovation and how to generate added value recognized by markets, generating business opportunities and facilitating entrepreneurship.
