Overview
About Me
I am a 33 year old traveler. My job allows me to take off about 6 weeks a year to travel domestically and abroad. Each summer I concentrate on a new place and I aim to get a genuine feel of the space instead of a more checklist approach. I'm not opposed to some cheesy tourist times, but the real joy of exploring a new place involves finding out more of what the day in the life of a human might look like. I love to eat and try new foods and I thank my lucky stars that I don't have any allergies.

Music, Movies, and Books
I am a slow and intentional reader. I focus on nonfiction (Michael Pollan, Oliver sacks, and Malcolm Gladwell) but I like to pick up a good beach read for travelling.
I tend to listen to podcasts when I run so podcasts are a good favorite form of entertainment (my favorite murder, heavens gate, lore, story corps, the moth)
TV over movies. Modern story telling allows for so much more than an 80 minute comedy and 100 minute drama.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once upon a time I lost my bikini bottoms while skinny dipping in the great salt lake.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I'm a very flexible and easy going traveller. I like to try to do my research but let the moment guide me. I can offer a good conversation and a chill space
