I am pretty down to earth, very sarcastic and like to have a good time. I have been told I am a very easy house guest. I enjoy the company of others but am also happy doing my own thing.

Currently I am looking for places to stay in Europe throughout September and October! I hope to host people when I have a permanent residence in January.

Interests

I have been traveling for 7 months so travel is up there. I enjoy participating in and attending theatre. I like history. Historical movies are my favorite. I have grown to like hiking over the past few months as there is always a good view to appreciate, no matter where you roam.

Music, Movies, and Books

Love music. Mainly mainstream and folk music. I'm not known to be picky. My favorites while traveling this year have been the Lumineers, Sara Bareilles, Mumford, Macklemore, Adele, and Katy Perry (my guilty pleasure). I enjoy historical films and books. The kings speech is a favorite for example. Currently reading a memoir of the holocaust.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most amazing thing I have done is take a year, leave home and make it up as I go along. 5 months in New Zealand was the most amazing experience yet. I milked cows, split wood and polished brass and I wouldn't trade it for anything.
