ABOUT ME

I spend my time between South Florida and Brooklyn, New York City, and have all of my life. It is hard for me to write about myself. Right now, I feel as though I've still a limited view of the world. I have to see more!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just joined, but I promise, one day I will have a couch for anybody who wants to stay in what I still believe to be the greatest city in the world (New York!)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I stayed at my friend's house in Amsterdam - I did not meet him through couch surfing but through a mutual friend, but it was still a couch surfing experience. Two other girls ended up couch surfing at his place and we explored the city together. It was enriching to meet all these people with whom I initially had one thing in common (the residence in which we were staying); we ended up learning a lot from each other.

Interessen

I like to write, ride my bike, go to shows...I love the New York City subway system, the ocean (especially sea creatures) and learning.

My mother's hometown in Puerto Rico: I almost fell down a huge hill, listened to coquís...It was very beautiful and I want to go back.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I think what I can teach and share and learn will best be revealed upon my own growth; I will try to learn from everyone as much as I can (I am sure I will without trying, actually) and in turn they will learn too. I want to learn the nuances of my fellow human beings, what they love, what makes them tick; such qualities will then change in me, I think.
