COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Traveling and hosting with EYP couchsurfing (European Youth Parliament)

兴趣

I love mountains, bicycles and associations and I am an active member in my local volunteering committee of "Libera- associations, names and numbers against the mafias".

I love working with children, both for animation activities and in hospitals as laugh therapy, also known as "doctor of the smile".
I played basketball for 9 years, but my true love goes for cycling. Then mountain hiking and mushrooming - family tradition passed down from generation to generation.
I'm also passionate about investigative journalism, writing in general, and video-making. My little gopro is definitively my travelling companion.

I'm a working university student; as soons as I'll end my studies, I hope to go back to live on the mountains. Let's say I'm studiying the best "co-operative way" to do this.

Last but not least - quite obvious here! - travelling and meeting people, every kind of people. But I also love to stay where I live, to protect my beloved mountains and to build loyal friendships.

Deep love for Italo Calvino's books and philosophy books in general, which are definitively my travelling companions. Some of my favourites authors are Edgars Morin, Claudio Magris, Wisława Szymborska, Tiziano Scarpa.

My musical preferences change continuosly, deepending on the periods of life I am going through. Even if I could wake up every morning with Jimmy Fontana's song "Il mondo".

I'm a proper Italian cook! And I can offer lots of genuine happiness, bike rides, good Tuscan wine (former granpa's production) and packets of biscuits produced on fields confiscated to mafia organisations. And I can also show you my beautiful and beloved Alpi Apuane!

Aaaah, my real dream is learning to play the violin but never had the opportunity to do that. Maybe one day...
