ABOUT ME
I'm an open-minded girl, who likes to learn new things. A couple of years ago I wouldn't suspect that I would learn a new language, but then I started to study Chinese. So I think there is always a place in you to fill with more knowledge.
I used to lead tours in China and guide tours in Krakow and San Francisco, depending on where I was at that time.
I have MA in Philosophy and BA in Far and Middle Eastern culture. Now I work in SF in customer service, but I'm still looking to advance my professional life.
PHILOSOPHY
Follow the truth, be always content with who you are, develop and learn, teach and share what you know, never forget where you come from, be involved in your local community.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love showing people around places where I live. When I'm in Krakow, Poland I love being a tour guide. Now I live in San Francisco that is my second favorite city. It would be wonderful to show you how I see this awesome city.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I like to stroll around the city with CS-people either as a host or surfer.
I've surfed many times, but this year my husband and I started hosting in our apartment in SF. I've met fantastic people, no matter the experience.
Interests
I'm generally interested in cultures and languages, especially Far Eastern cultures, like China, where I traveled many times.
I love photography! I enjoy discovering new things in photography, looking at photo exhibits, reading about photography and photographers and of course experimenting with photography. I have decent DSLR and a old film camera.
Other things I enjoy are cooking, spending time with my wonderful husband Tyler and of course traveling.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm still searching for it! I want to hear, see and read as much as possible.
Recently I'm diving into the world created by Haruki Murakami, Orhan Pamuk, listening some jazz and ethnic music and drinking a glass of wine...
I like hiking and reading travel books, recently into Himalayan literature.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I try to make amazing my every day. Because we have only one life. Though, our ways have lots of curves, we can help each other to cope with all kinds of problems.
Amazing places I've seen: Niagara Falls, Shanghai, Beijing Forbidden City, Ha Long Bay, San Francisco Bay and Golden Gate Bridge, Bangkok.
Amazing thing I've done: got married to an amazing guy :)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Polish, English and some German and a little Chinese. I can tell you a lot about Polish, Chinese and American cultures, food, customs and habits.
I would enjoy learning more photography skills and more languages.
