Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

It all started with my friend wanting to spend her birthday in Madrid at a salsa festival. She convinced me to the idea of surfing someone's couch because we wanted to combine both: festival's activities and sightseeing. COuchsurfing seemed to be the best option to explore the city within short period of time. She found a host for us so we flew! It was an incredible experience for me to be welcomed with such an openness and hospitality and I absolutely loved the experience. Then I met some other Couchsurfer in Poland, took him to a party and again enjoyed the inter-cultural meeting! I can't wait to have more experiences like that!

Music, Movies, and Books

In the past I used to listen hip-hop music (it was really long time ago). Later one I discovered techno music, and then my family discovered that they hated me:) before they hated me, I started to have a big headache of techno music, so I changed my musician preference to more calm down music like jazz. Now I still like this kind of music, but I try to find many different, completely unknown types of music. I like Polish folk music, hot Cuban rhythms and still jazz. I'm open for every musician experiences.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think that an idea of showing and sharing our own experience is one of the best thing which can happen for everybody. We learn how to trust and believe in people, especially in the world where people don’t know what is worth believing in… Show people how we can change many things… step by step. We want to reach many little things which are not important in our life. We give up when we have the opportunity to acquire these larger.
