Who am I who am I? WHO AM I?
I always asked to my parents, who am I? And what they answered me is that I should look to my origin to understand who am I, “oh Monika, do you want to know who you are?.. look where is your home…”
“Well… I am an emigrant! Geographically, emotionally and professionally…”This is what I answered to them.
I would say, a flying seed! You know...that seed that you can see in autumn everywhere, on the ground, hanging against spiders’ webs, smashed under your shoes, on the moquette of your living room!! The seed has a big center and a wing, you must have seen it! They follow the wind as my life has followed “coincidences” and “chaos”. I have been landing in lots of different lands. The Italian land has meant for me: Bachelor of Art, Drama Academy and becoming an actress. I worked with different theatre and dance companies as a performer and in management team, dealing with new born theatre company, until I reached the point I wanted to work on my own theatre productions, for my own desires, and on what I bloody wanted. So I literally escape from Italy to come in London. Here I started my studies in Physical and Devising Theatre at the London International School of Performing Arts. When I came under the starless London sky I didn’t know what I wanted, I just needed to move my body!

So...now, what else to say???? Oh Gosh to many words! I'll just say:
I think there are a lot of things I don’t know and a lot of things I don’t want to know!
