ABOUT ME

Hello! Cześć! ¡Hola!, Olá! :)

My biggest dream is to travel all around the world! Few years ago I was studying in Portugal under Erasmus exchange and then my passion to travelling has started. Since then I have been travelling around Europe whenever I could and I had my big solo trip for 4 months in South East Asia. This is kind of experice that changes you for life and gives you never-ending desire for adventures and moving your personal comfort zone (at least in my case:)). Where I will go next? Let's find out.

I feel the eagerness for travelling to new places and I appreciate the value of meeting new people. As a coach-beginner I am always trying to get to know them, know their point of view and take what is most amazing about it.:)

While I was in Asia I wanted to try meditation retreat. By coincidence I found out about Vipassana meditation according to Goenka teachings. I did 10 days silent course. It was the longest time of my life but It changed me and my journey with spirituality and shamanism began. I am trying to be aware of me and things happening outside. I am open, love listening to other people and trying to understand their point of view. Except that, I love kundalini yoga, psychosomatics, tried sacred plants from the jungIe and I am also vegetarian.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Came back from Lagos (in southern Portugal) to Poland by hitchhiking in 3 days! Ha, is was a big challenge! Nobody believe that is possible ... Who's laughing now :)
Thanks to the kindness of people I met during this journey I deeply believe that there are still big hearted people who do not expecting nothing in return - and this is not only inspiring but also simply beautiful. :)

Vipassana meditation in Malaysia in Penang. I was waking up every morning at 4.00 a.m. meditating and then eating breakfast looking down below at sunrise over the valley.

I can listen - some people say that listening it's even more important than speaking, I don't know if it's true but if you need to talk I will be there for you :)
