ABOUT ME

Hello, my name is Monika. I work as the scientist & lecturer at the John Paul II Catolic University of Lublin, Poland. I give lectures in quality managment, innovation management, management of intelectual property, econometrics, operations research. I run research in business process management (BPM). I participated in Erasmus Programme and now I'm at the fellowship in Milano (Italy). In addition, I serve business consulting for companies, so I have as academic as professional experience.
I speak English very well, learning Italian. I also speak Spanish and German but I havent't used both languages since 2 years. So I read and understand them quite good but the problem is with speaking and writing.
Personally, I'm very open person, active, with a sens of humour, who doesn't easly give up. I have some aims connected with my life and professional career.

PHILOSOPHY

My philosophy is based on catholic rules: a rich man is somebody who has much; the richer one is somebody who needs a little; the richest is somebody who gives much.
I belive that in despite of glorification of money there are good people in the world.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Being a member of CS Project I'd like to develop CS community by helping people from all over the world in developing new contacts, giving some suggestions how to manage itself abroad because I have the great experience in this item. Moreover, I'd like to provide socializing in my town of origine and get it abroad.

I have little time to go the cinema so ....
I listen to the different kind of music especially when I drive a car.
