About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To give and take. And figure out what life is about :)
ABOUT ME
I am special... Just like everyone else!
I love new experiences and people - this is why I find CS a brilliant way to travel! A bit of stories geek, I like writing them down so memories don't fade over time. If you like history, tell me, I can listen for hours!
2 years ago I finished an amazing MA program with which I got to travel and live in Germany, Argentina, Thailand and Laos (and visit a few more countries on the way). I did a bit more travelling after that to end settling into 9-5 life, filled with excel spreadsheets. The most surprising part - enjoy it! :)
PHILOSOPHY
Love life and use the most of it. And don't forget to help others if there is an opportunity!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I fell in love with CS! I have not had many chances to host yet but looking forward to it as soon as I get my own place somwhere in this world. My sufring experience has been briliant so far, met many great people who became close friends and with whom I still keep in touch!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Absolutely brilliant - a fantastic way to meet people who show you places, rather than simply seeing the sights. Adds a whole new level to the travelling experience!
Interests
At the moment I am interested in history, music and psychology of art, but this stuff gets out of date pretty fast. I love travelling and learning languages, and this stuff stays pretty constant. Experiencing new cultures is one of my favourite things, I love to learn about social issues along the history - so if you can tell me some stories from your country or the countries you visited, it's a bonus! I do love a glass of wine - or two - when there is a chance, and if you happen to meet me in Poland, I can really introduce you to the best vodkas in my country, remembering even about moderation in quantity:)

Music, Movies, and Books
Some time ago I had 'Book fan' here but I realize it's a bit out of date. I haven't had a chance to read a book for a while now, so I guess this part became a bit innacurate! Music is great in the background, I really don't pay much attention to it as long as it doesn't annoy me.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The Death Road in Bolivia - going from 4700 meters above the sea level down to 1200, from highland climate down to a jungle. Best experience ever!
That was the first one. But there is plenty more amazing things I've done, it would be unfair to ommit those!
Skydiving over the Itaipu dam on the border of Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina, overlooking all three countries and seeing the Iguazu falls in the backgroung.
Just finished an amazing master's program, where each semester is at a different location. That allowed me to travel through Germany, Argentina, Thailand and Laos, adding Uruguay, Brazil and Singapore on the way!
Seen (and heard!) glaciers in Argentina, a top experience!
Experienced the Hangover in Bangkok.
Travelled to places in Laos where people did not understand that waving your hand is saying hello.
