Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to receive guests as they all have brought me interesting stories and facts from different countries. I learned something new from all of them! It has also been good fun to go out with them if time allows and visit a pub, or go for a walk.

When I am visiting other countries I love to get to know it from an insider's view, I don't always want to do the touristy things, but go beyond that with tips and help from my hosts!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I danced for an hour on the 4th plinth in Trafalgar Square, London during Anthony Gormley's 'One and other' project where during 100 days people could do whatever they liked for an hour! I had so much fun....and publicity around the world!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you English or Dutch and you can come with me to a Lindy Hop dancing classes if you like. I am an enthusiastic gardener and would love to do some gardening when I visit you.

The company of my lovely two cats Jazz and Oliver and my garden with fresh vegetables, herbs and fruit.

What I Can Share with Hosts

A curiosity for your country, it's culture, language and nature. I would love to cook for you and I will even do the dishes!
