About Me

CURRENT MISSION

I´m currently in this process of figuring who I am and what I want to do in my life!

ABOUT ME

I´m a 22 year-old girl from Prague, Czech republic. I study at the University of Economics and at the Police Academy at the same time so I can tell I´m pretty diverse. I like hanging out with my friends but also being alone and doing my own stuff like reading or making over my bedroom. I´m an AIESECer! Generally, I would say I´m a happy extrovert person with many many dreams!

PHILOSOPHY

My main life philosophy is this: look back just when you enjoy it. This helped me so much when I had my teenage troubles and I couldn´t get over them. I just stopped thinking about them again and again ang I tried to remember more the positive things that met me. Now, with the time distance I can see the mistakes I made.

Another useful motto I learned from my mum was: never look down on somebody and never demean yourself. I think this influences my whole behaviour. I always act the same with every person.

And the last point which is the hardest for me: hakuna matata = no worries. Life is too short to have worries! Live your every day like it is the last one!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I´m trying to find out what I can do here on CS!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Well, I´ve never travelled with CS, but I´ve heard so much about it and I´ve wanted to try it but I was a bit scared. This was the reason that I logged in so late.

Interests

I´m a dance addict. I love it! I´ve tried a lot of different styles, from ballet or aerobic to street dance. This semestr I´m starting jazz dance.

Reading is one of my best relax. My favourite books are the historical ones. I like drawing, too. I had attended drawing classes for many years but finally it seemed to me that I´m not as talented as I though I was.

Talking about music, I listen mostly to pop and country, my favourite singer is Taylor Swift and Bruno Mars at the moment. I was at his concert in November 2013 and it was perfection!

Probably, like most person here on CS, I love travelling. I haven´t visited much places yet, I´ve been few times to Tunisia or Turkey or Egypt with my parents, but as you can tell there was not much fun at all! My dream is to visit Australia and New Zealand.

Music, Movies, and Books

Okay, when I say that Tangled is my favourite movie, it will sound childish, but anyway, I´m not gonna lie, I love it! When I want to relax I just watch Sex and the City, movie or the series, it doesn´t matter. I´m the type which watch the same movies again and again, don´t juge me!

Again, as a classic teenager (not anymore but I still feel as one), I love Harry Potter and Twilight. From the more "adult" books I like Paulo Coelho and Ernest Hemingway. Actually, I enjoyed most of the obligatory reading at the high school. But generally I don´t have any favourite writer.

Here is just a brief list of songs I love:
Taylor Swift - I knew you were trouble
Bruno Mars - When I was your man
Rihanna - Diamonds
Christina Perri - A thousand years
Mariah Carey - Hate You
Ne-Yo - Let me love you, Mad, So Sick and many others!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I´m just an ordinary girl and so ordinary things are the ones that are the most amazing for me. It´s when I can make someone smile, it´s when someone thanks me for being supportive or just saying I´m a good friend!

Teach, Learn, Share

I can learn you some basic steps of dancing. I´m also pretty good in making over some old clothes and making cool bracelets or neklaces, so here you go :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Belgium, Netherlands, Tunisia, Turkey
