ABOUT ME
Born, raised, studied and now working in the same town all my life: it may sounds dull, but when you talk about Amsterdam you understand that's definately not the case. I love the city, its rich history and the hidden gems that you can find all around you.
I've got a very broad interest. I studied Astronomy & Astrophysics and also did a master to become an editor in the Dutch book publishing industry. In the end I ended up as a programmer for a tax lawyer, but who knows where the future will take me.
I love to write and I play the guitar, and of course, as a Dutchman, I love to bike. I received my first bike even before I could walk!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I met a hobo who tried to cure my cold with voodoo, I found a group of children who had been lost in the mountains, as a child I managed to get half the school on the roof... but nothing beats the events that happened during the Venus transition of 2004.
Teach, Learn, Share
Stories are so much more interesting when you can walk through them. Amsterdam is full of them, and I'd like to give you a tour. Learn more about the history of this beautiful city and see things you'd otherwise would have missed.
