Originally from Germany, I'm currently living in Shanghai, China, working in robotics & artificial intelligence. Fascinating as all this is, I'm always keen to do sports, especially diving, archery, and squash. And of course to meet my friends and new interesting people.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

Hospitality Club experiences saved me from sleeping in the parks when doing my first steps in Spain (2006).
Travelled around southern Spain in 2007 and incidentally met some Couchsurfing members. It went out to be a funny evening and secured me a nice place to stay for the next two days. Couchsurfing in the US and China was probably the most exciting thing.
So I'll definitely stay in touch with the CS community and am eager to return the favor to other travellers needing a place to stay!
