About Me

Hi,

I'm Fabrice, 24 years old, born and raised in Paris. I used to live in the center of Paris in THE fashion neighbourhood but that doesn't really say much about me. I'm more hte kind of guy who goes running barefoot in the street and get looked upon for that (just discovereed barefooting, CRAZY about it !). I guess I like walking around at night or during the week when the crowd's gone because I like the old buildings discovering little streets or gardens I haven't found out about yet.

I would describe myself as pretty adventurous, I'm always on the lookout for new stuff, new experiences, new sensations. I do not however use ANY drugs or alcohol since I have sketchy background in these areas but it doesn't prevent me from going out and dance all night. I actuallly enjoy it much more that way.
I have difficulties staying in one spot or in one job. I love to hear about other ways of life and the stuff people get passionate about. I for myself am crazy about skydiving and can talk about it for hours. I also am rather keen on music and have lots of friends evolving in this particular area and love the atmosphere that comes out of their concerts, reharsals and stuff...

I do place great value on eating well and food in general. I spent almost 4 years as a cook and make a point of honor in finding out the places in town where you can eat amazingly well for cheap. I rarely cook for myslef but often do it when someone's home. When my fridge is empty, I usually go to a friend's and cook his food. I am happy cause I got to eat, on he is happy cause he got me to cook, somthing for which I have gotten many complaints so far.

I've travelled a lot as a kid thanks to my parents and me and my brother quite got the taste of it. My parents are far from the hotel resort kind of guys so we spent more time roaming the jungles of thailand than lying on the beach. Going back to traveling as an adult has always been a part of "the BIG plan I have for my life" growing up.

I've had a lot of jobs over the years. I've been a cook for almost four years, a salesman, a private financial advisor, and most recently bike delivery guy. I've been around all this time but I never took the time to go away on my own outside of Europe.

At some point I made a decision to lend my appartment to a friend to start travelling the World. So far, I've been able to learn my way around a boat, travel through Bulgaria, volonteer several times in a refugee camp in Europe and travel a bit in Africa.

These trips have made me reconsider what I wanted to do in life and I have picked up my studies to learn about agronomic and hopefully someday contribute to a world where everyone can eat properly. I'm also very concerned about climate change and will do everything in my power to try and stop it though living better life and sharing that life with others.

Otherwise, still traveling ;)
