Overview
About Me
My name is Montassar Ouertani, I'm from Tunisia and I currently live in Germany.
I'm a final-year engineering Student doing my internship at TU Chemnitz and I'm graduating soon to become an Industrial IT and Automation engineer.
I am someone who truly enjoys meeting new people and learning about different cultures in order to gain new perspectives on the world. My curiosity and open-mindedness have also enabled me to form meaningful connections with different individuals, which has fostered a sense of empathy and understanding that I carry with me wherever I go.
Ultimately, my love for new people and cultures has enriched my life in countless ways and will continue to shape my personal journey in the years to come.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm here to connect with people from all over the world and learn about different cultures. For me, travel is about more than just visiting new places; it's about immersing myself in different ways of life and gaining a deeper understanding of the world. Couchsurfing provides a unique opportunity to do just that by connecting me with locals and fellow travelers who share my passion for cultural exchange. I enjoy meeting new people, trying new foods, and learning about the customs and traditions of different cultures.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I somehow listen to anything, from hip-hop to rock and metal to some popish songs, I would say that my favorite band is pink floyd.
Movies: I'm not a huge fan of movies, but overall I like movies that have meaning and want to give you a life lesson "The Pursuit of Happyness", "fight club", and "kill bill". but my favorite movie is probably "Predestination ".
Books: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho
Tv-shows/ Netflix series: my favorite series is "Dark"
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I dragged myself out of a dark spot before and I changed my mindset and decided that I want to become the best version possible of myself as much as cliché as it may sound.
