My name is Alex, my friends call me Monty. I speak English and Spanish both very fluently. Born in New Jersey but raised in Miami. My father is Cuban and my mother is Peruvian.

I've lived in Miami pretty much all my life and, though I love to travel, I couldn't imagine living anywhere else. I work as a Vacation Planner for a very popular cruise line and I love what I do.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

A friend I met at a hostel in Colombia, in 2016, was visiting Miami and so I offered her a stay at my place. She told me about this couch surfing site.

I'm a firm believer in that we should all look out for each other. Humans were designed to help other humans and every good deed comes back to you when you need it. With that in mind, I am here to share.

For the past 5 years I've been living in this wonderful home and thought this would be a great opportunity for me to give back! I truly look forward to hosting your stay :)
