ABOUT ME

Hmmmmmmm.... well.. jack of all trades. I work in restaurants (management, training, waitressing, designing, you name it.. thats what I do) - as well as training and sales of horses and ponies, teaching students, etc. I'm also a show horse braider (Yes, I braid horses manes and tails..) HOWEVER these days I have put the horses aside to concentrate on traveling and building memories - not to mention the three jobs were getting a little hard to juggle.

I am athletic - show-jumping, soccer, hiking, running, biking, skiing, snowboarding. love love love art and music.. appreciate culture and the different arts offered by every unique country. Love love love photography.

PHILOSOPHY

Live, laugh, love, (andddddd learn)
We live once, as far as I know. So make it a good one.

Music, Movies, and Books

Hmmm... African guitar summit, neil young, arcade fire, the beatles, beirut, bob marley, caribou, carla bruni, cinematic orchestra, coeur de pirate, collective soul!!!, coldplay, feist, frankie sinatra (we share a birthday), gotan project, Lykke Li, Nat King Cole, Sergio Mendez, Salllllllllllsa, Steve Miller,Vanessa de Mata to name a few.. in alphabetical order because I went down my itunes list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I need to think about that one. I see awesome things all the time. Just the other day I was in the market and there was an aboriginal man performing (vocal, guitar drums and pipes).. it was awesome. Paul McCartney is always awesome live.. Tree swinging is amazing, diving is out of this world.. literally. hiking in VT i felt like i was on top of the world. theres something amazing in everything. well, almost everything. Climbing a volcano in Hawaii.. going through the rainforest. That was somewhere at the top.

Update: that man in the market.. turns out he was from Mexico and his buddy from Chile.. spoke to them the other day. Awesome music ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

Never let someone tell you you can't do something because you totally can. I'm a risk taker and have only had success from taking those risks. Well, perhaps not every time, but the amount of success that it has brought me absolutely outweighs the amount of success it hasnt.

Apparently horiscope signs are true. It turns out i'm a very very very typical saggitarius. It only took me a lifetime to realize it.
