The fact that I have a couch is a miracle... I rambled so much and moved so often that my battered Kelty pack was home and husband. I am a little more settled now. When I am not traveling I am dreaming about it. If I can't do it come tell me about your adventures for vicarious adventure.

Recently installed otherwise homeless Brazilians on my sofas, have slept on sofas around the world...

Interests

Laughing. Loudly, often, alone or with friends... I love to laugh and nothing delights me more than finding someone who make me double over laughing. Other than that I like...
Reading good books, excellent film, wine, cooking, writing short fiction, sailing, travel (of course),reveling in time spent with friends new and old.

Music, Movies, and Books

The weather has been too nice to sit and watch a movie though it is drive in season... Music, I do it all. Books are a little trickier. I am a snob. I have been on a Tim Sandlin kick lately.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Harvested fresh mussels from a mooring buoy in Italy. Cleaned them and cooked them with white wine and garlic. Enjoyed them on the deck of a sailboat with great wine and friends.
