I love talking about the world and experiences that various people have. And I am a Health freak! lol Healthy living! but not at the expense of life.

I have hosted more than 10 people in 2 different countries! And I love the people I meet and the outlook on life they bring! It is so wonderful to enjoy and get to know people from totally different walk of life than your own!

Music is pop and dance music... but I like most of everything. I read a lot of Health Books... my favorite author right now is Gary Taubes.
