About Me

I’m a kind-hearted soul with a big love for people, adventure, and creativity. ✨

I’m super driven and ambitious, but I always lead with a full heart. I really care about the people around me. I thrive on social energy, whether it’s deep convos or just good vibes with new faces. 🫶🏻

Movement is a huge part of my life. I’m all about being outdoors, squeezing in yoga sessions, and finding joy in staying active. I lift weights, train Muay Thai, and even started my own little running club!🏃‍♀️

I’ve always been curious and creative at my core. I studied fashion design, and my career has taken me through some amazing travels and creative projects. These days, I’m based in Cape Town, working as a Marketing Project Manager and Coordinator, and loving the mix of structure, storytelling, and strategy.
(I work remotely too yipppeeee)

When I’m not working, I’m trying to learn German (slowly but surely), getting lost in UX design, or just feeding my curiosity in some way. I’m big on growing my skills and soaking up inspiration from the world and people around me. ✨

One day, I hope to travel the world, meet amazing humans, and celebrate all the weird and wonderful ways we live, create, and connect.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I’m a big believer in community and connections with others, and that’s exactly what drew me to Couchsurfing. I genuinely love meeting new people, especially from different countries and cultures. There’s something so special about those kinds of exchanges.

For me, it’s never just about a place to stay. I’m here because I want to experience a destination through the eyes of someone who truly lives it. 🤝
I think the best way to understand a place is through its people, you can learn so much just by being around someone in their hometown.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite book has to be The 5 AM Club—it completely transformed my outlook on life and deepened my sense of gratitude. I don’t watch a lot of movies or TV, but when I do, Coraline definitely stands out as one of my favourites.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’m a very friendly and inviting person, always happy to share my skills✨- whether it’s marketing tips, how to cook a tasty meal, or styling clothes in a fun and unique way. I can also teach you Afrikaans or attempt my German with you 😇

I love connecting with people through meaningful conversations, and I’m always up for an adventure! I also really enjoy sharing the culture and traditions of my country (South Africa); there’s so much I’d love to show and tell. (Expect Biltong Goodies haha!)

When it comes to being a guest, I’m super respectful, clean, and tidy. I always make sure to take care of the space I’m in and treat my host’s home like my own. And no matter what, I always come with a positive vibe!👯‍♀️
