ABOUT ME

Well, I'm currently living in Rabat teaching English. My parents didn't travel except to Ontario so I'm making up for lost time! I try to get out of the city every chance I have or just chill by the ocean when I don't have the chance to travel.
Before deciding to come here,I got a degree in Japanese, then took two separate jobs in the financial industry, one selling mortages and another selling stocks and bonds and other bank products(financial crisis questions anyone?!)The "financial crisis" was proving to be too much so I quit my job and moved here. I haven't regretted it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I unfortunately don't have the ability to host so up to now my participation has been in meeting couchsurfers who have come to Morocco for coffee or to walk around town.

Interests

Languages, scuba diving, small cute things(characters, animals, toys I'm really not picky, this was very influenced by my time in Japan!) shopping, music, or anything random.

The Little Prince, I love that book!
I like a variety of music, though I prefer perky music...the kind that puts you in a good mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a week traveling the North of Scotland (including 2 very scary boat rides in the North Seas!) in a small car with 4 other people from different corners of the earth. Awesome.
