CURRENT MISSION
Exploration of the furthest corners of the earth
ABOUT ME
Young Kiwi traveller. I'm easygoing, friendly and appreciate good food, good wine and excellent company!
PHILOSOPHY
The world is an amazing place and its people are stunning... I want to see much and meet many.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I appreciate good conversation, a local perspective, and I like getting to know a place and its culture from the inside. I can tell you of my own country and people and you can get to know the Kiwi ways. I like cards, table tennis, pictionary, and can teach you some good ones. I play guitar and sing a little and can serenade you if you like to hear acoustic type music and have a guitar at hand.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
New to couchsurfing but keen to meet people and to host when I am back home.
Interests
Playing and listening to music, exploring new places and cultures, meeting new people and spending time with friends, practicing yoga, walking, rock climbing, river swimming, good books, good films (no horror!)...

Music, Movies, and Books
Most movies, except horror and psychological thrillers (give me nightmares..). Love fantasy (Lord of the Rings) and romcoms (Notting Hill) and movies that make you think and make you laugh
A lot of different kinds of music but I most often find myself listening to acoustic, acoustic folk, embarrassing pop :P, alternative, indie
Interesting books, historical books, fantasy, books that teach me about things - e.g. The Help, The Power of One, Harry Potter!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Exploring Aotearoa New Zealand - absolutely phenomenal
Teach, Learn, Share
I love teaching and can teach someone about music, can teach a song on guitar, can teach psychology (I did teaching at my uni), can teach breadmaking, can teach anything i know/know how to do and someone wants to learn. I like to learn how to make things, new languages, about other cultures.
