Hi! Yes, my name is actually Moon. After graduating from grammar school I decided to take a gap year to save as much money as possible and figure out where and what I want to study. I currently work at a coffee café in Rotterdam. My main interests are music, health and food.

I unfortunately am not able to host people at the moment, I still live with my mom in a fairly small apartment. I also work 5-6 days a week from 9-7, so I wouldn't be able to spend much time with you :(

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The wanderlust in me has been rising and I feel like I've seen so little even though this world has so much to offer and so many amazing people to meet, it's kinda scary for me though because I can be introverted towards people at first and need some time to show my inner bubbly and silly me. But I've decided that I shouldn't think about it too much and should just do it, I'd love to meet you!

Music, Movies, and Books

The range of music I like is very diverse, I don't know where to begin. Some of my favorite artists/bands are Ed Sheeran, Sam Smith, Amy Winehouse, Jason Mraz, Queen, Tori Kelly, Adele, so mostly singer/songwriter type of music. I also grew up with lots of great oldies, I could jam to some Elvis Presley or Sam Cooke any day! (I have a Spotify playlist with all my favorite songs, you can look it up if you're interested, just search for my name :) )

When it comes to movies, I have to admit that I'm more of a Netflix/TV-series enthusiast.
However, I am and have always been obsessed with Disney movies and anything Disney.

And to mention a couple of my favorite TV shows: #1 by far, THE OFFICE (seriously I've watched it so many times), Parks and recreation & Modern Family.
I've seen many other ones but this list would probably go on forever, if you have any good recommendations let me know! :)

And when it comes to games, I've played some League of Legends in the past but nothing too serious, some MMO's like Guild Wars 2 & Maplestory (which I still play sometimes if I want to relive that nostalgic feeling). I am also a big fan of the Sims series (except for the Sims 4 it sucked) and still love to start a game of Pokémon now and then *play intro*, or play a Mario game!
