ABOUT ME
Wow, lets see if I can capture what I am about in a simple paragraph. Sorry can't do it. Sartre says that your identity is defined through your present commitments and future goals and I tend to agree on this point, although he is very a depressing individual and I on the other hand am quite optimistic. I currently work as a volunteer for no money as an English Teacher in a small village in Romania. I also work in an NGO where I try to develop youth projects to help my disadvantaged community as best I can. On free time I like to hitchhike around Romania and meet new people. I am chill, love to write, and have a passion for life. Found that life has more meaning when shared with others. Anyway check out my blog if you want a look into life as a Peace Corps volunteer in Romania. www.ortsreport.blogspot.com
PHILOSOPHY
Treat others as you would like to be treated.
The world does not impose the norms of science and morality on us; we impose those norms on the world
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Come and hang out when I am home. Our NGO houses EVS Volunteers, we currently have a couple from Germany, Georgia, and Turkey.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
So far I have hitchhiked with my Girlfriend from Germany to Amsterdam, then back, then to France involving many couches and incredable hosts along the way. Sweden was nice and Hungery a great experience, again with Surfers and the experience just keeps getting better.
Interests
All racket sports and anything that engages the mind. Anything really. I have daily compulsions to write a short story or poem and I have an almost unhealthy desire to know everything about European intellectual history from 1789. Whenever I get back to my village I try to meet up with a local accordion player who is teaching me some great songs on the squeeze box.

Music, Movies, and Books
Too many, I like the classics and that goes with music as well. But one of each I would say The Big Lebowski, The Beasty Boys, and Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy for a nice snapshot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Brain washed in Tennessee, sold education books in Texas, then escaped and lived with a drug lord for a spell in Aspen, Colorado, where the beer flows like wine and the women instinctively flock like the salmon of Capistrano
Countries I’ve Visited
Canada, France, Germany, Netherlands, Serbia, Turkey, United Kingdom
