I love to try new things and enjoy random conversations with strangers. I'm finally getting to explore a little more and it is amazing. I have a long list of places and experiences to check off on my to do list. Often the stranger the better. I'm a very social person and always looking for an adventure. I'm also a huge fan of personal challenges.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I will unfortunately be unable to host until the end of summer. I'm still more than happy to meet up or offer tips to explore Wilmington.

Do not be discouraged by my reply rate. I try to respond to as many request as possible but I do not always see them. There was one point in time where for two months we had at least one group of surfers a week last year so we can't always keep up with demand but we promise to try if possible.

We have been hosting for years now and it has been a amazing experience. We have met so many amazing people and learned a lot about the world. We have stayed in touch with friends all over the world and have even made some truly incredible local friends. It takes a certain type of person to invite strangers into your home and instantly treat them like friends. I have never had a bad couchsurfing experience and hope to have many more encounters through the site.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I recently went on a cross country road trip with about a weeks worth of notice to go hiking in Utah. Sometimes you just have to get up and go.

Update: As ridiculous as it sounds....I went to new Orleans on a random trip with friends and my partner during St. Paddy's. We decided to get married while dancing in the rain as a parade passed and we were dressed in costume. He was wearing the girl costume because I became attached to the other one. This story pretty much sums up a lot about me.
