About Me
CURRENT MISSION
developing experiential wisdom with awareness and equinamity
ABOUT ME
i was born in the states, with Greek background. At UNH studied pre vet, modern greek, and environmental conservation. In school now for massage therapy ...meditation is a big part of my existance at the moment, and developing wisom through observing the mind body phenomenon. I also love meeting people and gaining new insights and perspectives from them as well.
PHILOSOPHY
we don't have forever in this form that exists now. If we can become master of our minds we wont continue to perpetuate our own suffering. In finding our happiness we can more easily share happiness with others. when we are centered and peaceful everyone can feel the light that we radiate, consciously or unconsciously. keep sharing pleasant vibrations with all of humanity and radiate feelings of love and compassion throughout the universe.. the choice is ours, and only ours! stay true to nature and let intuition be your guide. have trust in the laws of the universe and act in accordance with the law to bring good to yourself and to all beings in all worlds...
i dont own anything, and i know very little. but one thing i do know is that i dont want to remain a slave of the mind. so i keep sitting.. by which i mean i continue meditating, continue loving, and continue serving creation...
"Argue for your limitations and sure enough they are yours" ~richard bach
the possibilities are endless, so spread your wings and soar into infinity...

Music, Movies, and Books
books on the art of living according to vipassana meditation and stories of the buddhas teachings are quite significant to me at the moment. "The power of Now" Eckhart Tolle, "The cosmic Serpent" Jeremy Narby,
Carlos Caseneda, books on self healing, natural medicine, plants, massage.. so many books on the shelf.
Music with a positive message is always nice. Brett Dennan, Sean Hayes, Newton Faulkner, Indian Classical, Classic rock and much more.
Been so far removed from TV the last years.. cant even think of movies right now.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
travelling outwardly across the world and inwardly into the mind and body. I heard somewhere.. that "as much as we explore outside we should explore inside" deepening the connection between mind and body through present moment awareness.
Teach, Learn, Share
all is in a constant flux in a constant flow. there is no meaning in being attached to anything of this world because it is all impermanent and bound to change. whether it is a thought, a material possession, the body, the mind, a situation, event or anything else that is made of small or large atomic particles... it will always arise and it will always pass away.
i have felt this experince through vipassana meditation which has proven to be so beneficial to me. it has increased the balance i feel in this moment and from moment to moment. instead of searching for truth in the outside world which has the tendency to pull us out of experinceing the truth pertaining to oneself in the present moment, it has helped me understand more clearly and see the truth which is manifesting itself every moment within the framework of the mind and body.
