I'm a banker by profession, but I have studied Software Engineering (long story). I enjoy traveling whenever I can. In my free time, I try to be active. Climbing is my new passion.

I love meeting people and learning about their stories and life. Even though I am mostly an introvert who is shy, I have made many friends through Couchsurfing.

I appreciate a variety of music and always love to learn about new artists/genres.

Not that much into fiction, but I enjoy history, psychology and health books.

Some of my favourite TV shows: Breaking Bad, Better Call Saul, Attack on Titan and the first 4 seasons of Game of Thrones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my open water scuba diving training I came across a bunch of jellyfish. They must have been around 10 meters long each. It was both a beautiful and terrifying sight. Also got stung.

Volunteered in a farm near Chiang Mai, Thailand for a week. Was a very wholesome experience and I met some amazing people.

Teach, Learn, Share

Amateur violin player. While I cannot play anything worthy of an audience, I can teach the basics.

I used to teach kids pottery, I still practice once in a while.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My stories and experiences. Arab food, language and culture. People say that I'm a good listener.

I have been cooking most of my meals lately so I'm no stranger to the kitchen!
