I am musician that wants to explore the world of music and being able to network. I play percussion instruments, little piano and guitar and I understand most genres. Currently I am in local band that plays Jazz/Classical/Rock fusion music called APQ (Alicia Pyle Quartet).
I am respectable and very courteous at first, but once I warm up, I am laid-back, funny, sarcastic and down-to-earth.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Ever since a I visited a friend, who now lives in San Francisco, California, I was emotional leaving the city that had so much to offer in comparison to where I live now. I want to know what the outside really looks like and what it has to offer. As soon as I develop the necessary skills and initial expenses to travel, I want to enjoy what Earth has to offer, explore new culture and music, and be able to participate in any countries for activities, volunteer or work. Mostly work in the field of music or multi-media, but anything related to culture, I would like to be a part of.

Music, Movies, and Books

If I had to choose a favorite genre, I would say anything Dance/Pop/Jazz related music. I do want to explore more options and really understand and enjoy other genre types.
I don't have a favorite movie, but I do enjoy crud humor, sci-fi and drama thrillers, subbed anime

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Marching Band in High School. Our school then was able to perform on the docks of the USS Missouri in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii.
