About Me
CURRENT MISSION
" I wanna be a photojournalist and find out where I wanna live for the rest of my life... which means travel and live everywhere first! " this was me a few years ago... Now that I've travelled quite a lot I plan to cultivate something stronger here where I decided to find my home: Reggimonti, Liguria. I'm creating a beautiful peaceful space where I live, teach yoga and do gardening.
ABOUT ME
What can I say? I hate writing about me, myself and I..
I'm a romantic daydreamer that still believes you can realise all of your dreams if you really want to..
I am very curious and love learning about everything: languages and different cultures especially... but i guess this is connected to everything else, because learning languages allows you to understand other cultures better...
I love travelling but I get too emotional when I have to leave a place where I lived for more than a few weeks and created connections..
For the last 5 years I've been travelling in Europe, Russia, Latin America, Australia, Japan, India... In Australia I decided to stop for a while as I've been offerred a sponsorship by a company, a coffee roaster, called Schibello, that I worked for for a year... basically I was selling coffee to cafes, restaurants, hotels, art galleries,... it's fun and they gave me a car!
It's not my usual job (translation) but it's still experiencing something new and learning from a different industry and social class...
I came back to Italy in 2010 and started working for a University of Design called IED: I recruited students in Latin America, especially Mexico, Guatemala, Salvador, Dominican Republic, Argentina, Chile, Panama, Costa Rica ,...
I also fell in love with somebody in Venice and ended up living there four years.
After a painful breakup and being fired from work I went through a huge transformation and went to India where I studied with my yoga teacher Yogrishi Vishvketu and lived in India for more than a year.
Now I'm a full time yoga teacher...
I love reading, watching movies and going to the theatre (especially for comedies and ballet)..
In Argentina I started yoga and I loved it ... I kept on practicing in Sydney (Yoga by the Sea) and here in Venice at Energy Darshan.
I've always been taking contemporary dance classes since I was 8 but never continuously.
I did surf in Australia! It was fun but I'd be always full of bruises all over my body :-)
I like being healthy and eating healthy. After a kidney infection I almost completely stopped drinking: I love red wine and I think one glass everyday doesn't hurt you that much but I keep it for special occasions anyway... I'm not one of those people that thinks you can't have fun without drinking though...
I love eating and cooking... and trying different food from different countries - not like most Italian that when travelling ask for Italian food :-S
PHILOSOPHY
Carpe diem! You never know what's gonna happen tomorrow!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I can't think of any specific one... 2008 has been one of the best year of my life: first backpacking in Argentina where I met the most amazing people. Probably the most beautiful thing I did when there was swimming in a glacier lake and trekking up to El Fitz Roy (El Chalten)..
Then going to India was the most amazing heart opening experience for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you Yoga, Chanting Mantras, Italian, Russian, Spanish... I can give you suggestions and directions for the countries I've been living in...
I can suggest you which is a good coffee and which is not :-)
Don't ask me suggestions about love relationships: I'm a disaster myself :-)
I wish someone could share with me his knowledge about photography as I wanna start soon with a good camera... that could be my Christmas present...
And if someone could teach me Japanes that would be great...
