ABOUT ME

I'm easy-going and like to laugh, but usually I seem shy at first. Food has been a love since birth, and I will try tasting or making anything at least once, usually more. I need the outdoors, but can be happy in a city as long as there are some trees around to be climbed. I've had the traveling itch since I was little (I used to ask my mum to send me to an international boarding school, she refused) and especially love to visit people in their hometowns.

Just moved to Swansea, Wales to head back to the rooms of learning and do my masters in clinical psychology.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm finally living somewhere were I might start hosting. Up until now, I"ve only surfed and gone to meetups. I like meeting new people, exploring new areas and showing people around the places I already know. So if you want to make adventuring plans in the area, I'm in.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've just started using this community in earnest and have surfed a few couches in Australia and France, always with amazing results.

I recently broke my digital camera and am rediscovering the wonderful world of analogue photography.

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I love going to concerts, even if I haven't ever heard of the band before and I'm always up for new music. It turns out that I listen to a lot of Canadian music..

Top Gun has been a favourite movie since I was little. Others on the list are: Good Will Hunting, Boy and.. well.. I love watching movies but don't often watch them more than once so thinking of favourites is harder than I thought.

As for books, I devour them. There's nothing like stretching out in the grass with a good novel. My new rule is that for every english book I read, I have to read a French one.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

To pick one experience is hard.

There's one that has repeated itself over and over and has been more amazing each time: Watching the sunset from atop an abandoned sugar silo in downtown Montreal. It was the most amazing feeling to be in the middle of the city yet removed, high above it, with thousands of stories spread out below.

Enseignez, apprenez, partagez

I can teach you to do a loon call.. or what cooking and baking I know. Really, anything that I know I will share. I love random facts and knowledge.. so, whatever you know I'll be curious to learn.
