About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Become professional Harry Potter lookalike or a microbial ecologist if that doesn't work out. I'll take what I can get.
ABOUT ME
Most Asians value the fact that I look like Daniel Radcliffe, and I intend to make the most of this as a couchsurfer in Southeast Asia. If you host me, I will attempt to perform magic tricks, wear gowns, slay Voldemorts and am even prepared to couchsurf in the cupboard under your stairs. I don't even LIKE Harry Potter, but I'll be so grateful for accommodation that I'll practically be your house elf! And of course, you can come and stay in my Cardiff Hogwarts and I'll take you around the Doctor Who filming locations!
PHILOSOPHY
You scratch my back and I'll scratch yours.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to couchsurfing - I currently couchsurf in my parents' house (but we have a spare room which you're welcome to enquire about). But as mentioned, I can offer a fully-fledged Harry Potter impersonation service in return for a coach to sleep on and am very tidy as well :)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Best - I am new to couchsurfing per se, but am something of an Airbed Whisperer, having camped on one with a huge air bubble problem for several weeks in Kenya, but managed to blow it up to just the right extent to tame the fabled bubble. Bring your faulty airbeds to me and I will do my best to heal their wounds.
Worst - fully-clothed planking on a couch in Barcelona with a shirt over my head to stop the sunlight waking me up (see pictures).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Did a stint of stand-up comedy during university, hope to pick it up again soon and perform at Edinburgh, even if it breaks me (Edinburgh couches get ready!).
Phoned up a local hot air balloonist and managed to get free rides in return for helping him launch the balloon. Saw Stevie Wonder, had a chat with Michael Palin. Had a baby elephant fall on my foot in Kenya.
