About Me

Unfortunately I cannot host anyone in August because I'm leaving soon. But you are more than welcome to send me a message for any tips about Trondheim! We can hang out and grab a beer:)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
After 4 years work in China, I decided to have a break! August, 2014 I started my Master degree in a small city called Trondheim, Norway. I love my everyday life now: study, eat, and love. But yeah, I like travelling! I am planning to travelling around Europe and maybe some African cities during this 2 years.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like everyone else, I always have a dream to travel around the world. But traveling is not collecting stamps or fridge magnets. Also, traveling around the world doesn't guarantee someone a cool person. Like making friends, I know a person better when I get along with him or her longer. It's impossible to really know a place or a country if you don't know their language.

But sometimes it's more interesting to observe how people behaves and interacts with the environment from different background. I think people are like computers and what really matters are the software installed. I'm curious about how people could be shaped and changed by their experiences, willingly or unwillingly. I prefer hosting than surfing because it makes me appreciate my life when noticing how travellers are curious about sth I take for granted.

Teach, Learn, Share

My philosophy towards life and world has changed a lot in recent years, and is still changing. I believe every single piece small thing can influence one's life imperceptibly. Sometimes it's not easy to be open-minded and self-disciplined at the same time, but I try to keep on track: do things that I believe is right, treat others the way I want to be treated.
