ABOUT ME
My name's Samantha, but most people call me Sam. I hold a joint honors undergraduate degree in classics and political science at McGill University in Montréal. I'm extroverted, wear bright colors, and often talk too loud when I get enthusiastic about something. I love people, literature, and music.
I enjoy the small, delicate pleasures of life - restringing my viola, making pysanky eggs, complimenting strangers, collecting sea glass. When I have the time, I enjoy being a flâneuse.
PHILOSOPHY
Talk it out.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I had a lovely first experience Couchsurfing in Brussels with my then-partner at another couple's apartment - they took us out on the town and we ended up decorating gingerbread houses at their friends' party. Years later, the host I found in Amiens became one of my closest friends, and was a lifesaver during a tough time.
