Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We LOVE camping and have been camping in our Honda Element which we have outfitted with a bed/storage but we are currently amidst a whole bunch of rain and are looking for a dry spot to post up for a night or two until it passes.. we do love meeting new people as well! Just heard of couchsurfer for the first time and thought it sounded excellent.
