About Me
Hola todos! I am a fun, friendly guy who has just finished a degree in Biochemistry. I'm taking a 6-month holiday before starting a PhD at Cambridge University to fulfil a life goal: experience the cultures and wildlife of South America.
I'm new to couchsurfing but looking to make new friends, soak up some culture and improve my Spanish. Hopefully you can help!
I'm passionate about science, music, and bad puns. I'm into yoga and skateboarding (not together) and - obviously - travelling.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to make friends from around the world! I really like the idea of meeting and making friends with local people - who else can teach you better about their culture and city?
I'm also excited for the opportunity to improve my Spanish, and I hope that I will be able to help those I stay with to practice their English!

Music, Movies, and Books
I have a broad taste in music, but I'm usually listening to chill electronic and R&B. Musical favourites are: James Blake, Jamie Woon, Solange, Frank Ocean, Kelela, Amy Winehouse
I'm obsessed with David Attenborough documentaries - I've probably rewatched the Blue Planet series more than anybody else.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I competed in an international a cappella competition (although our group came last)
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I love to learn about other cultures and explain my own.
Learn: I am enthusiastic to improve my Spanish and help others improve their English in return. I'd love for you to show me around your area.
Share: I'd like to share great experiences!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Aside from my positive attitude, I am tidy, enjoy cooking for people and chatting about science and culture.
