Hi and thanks for checking out my page! My name is Morgan, I'm from Orlando, Florida, and I'm currently on a trip around the world.

A little about me: I'm 25 years old, I am a social media manager/marketer, I also own two small online business. I come from a tight-knit family of 7, my parents are very hard workers and have instilled the same into myself and my siblings. Also I'm an uncle, my brother is a single father of a very rambunctious 7 year old who i also watch part time. So I'm great with kids. I'm very outgoing, i have a pretty awesome sense of humor, and im very laid back. I love hard work of all kinds and would love to have some new experience under my belt.

Why am I backpacking: About 5 years ago a good friend and I had made this plan that when we both turned 25 we would backpack together. Well a year ago, I lost that friend to cancer, so I'm doing this trip for the both of us. I chose Couchsurfing mainly because I love new experience, and meeting new people, which is something I don't get to do often here in the states. So far in 2017 I've traveled to over 13 countries, and last year i traveled to 10. I want to keep that number growing, and would love to have friends from all different countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couch surfing has given me a new reason to travel, in 2016 I used couch surfing to meet new people all across Europe, and it has helped me make long lasting friends. I will use it as much as possible on my future trips.

Interests

D.I.Y skilles: Gardening, painting, furniture layout, cleaning *like OCD clean*, organizing, building, fixing things around the house. (Parents always have some D.I.Y project going on at home and I also have a degree in interior design)

Computer skills: Website building/management, marketing, bill paying, coding, social median management for businesses, branding, or just general computer teaching.

Childcare: Raised a 7 year old along side my brother, I can do everything from changing diapers to transporting from school and home to after school sports.

Cooking: I have a wide range of cooking experience from making pies and deserts to making breakfast/dinner. My best dishes? Chicken pot pie, along with apple pie and homemade vanilla ice cream. Or if you like cookies I make really good Iced Pumpkin cookies perfect for the fall for an afternoon tea.

I love action, thriller, and adventure movies. I like all music but heavy screamo, and my favorite books are Lone Survivor, The Kite Runner, Magical Thinking.
