About Me
Hello!
I am a fun, energetic and silly red-head who loves to dance, do anything outside, read and is always down for a good beer or glass of wine. I usually start my mornings with a cup of coffee and a workout before finding whatever adventure the day brings. My main squeeze and I have a boxer, Laila, who I adore; dogs make this world a happier place. I own a dance studio in California where I teach dance to ages 2-92 in several styles including, tap, jazz, ballet, contemporary and hip hop.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My boyfriend, Kent, used Couchsurfing to road trip on the US east coast a few years back and had the best time meeting new people along the way, I have wanted to try it ever since. I am taking a break from school and want to use the time to travel and meet as many new folks as possible!

Music, Movies, and Books
There are few music styles that I dislike and am usually open to hearing everything. My favorite include alternative, country, classic rock and pop.
I suspenseful movies- but not scary ones! I am kind of a pansy when it comes to scary movies! I also like a good drama or feel good movie :)
Books: Suspense, murder mystery, self-help: anything John Grisham or Jodi Picoult.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Getting a degree in dance, going through my first year of grad school for dance and owning and running a dance studio for 5 years. Dance has been a pretty significant staple in my life.
Went on a tour of Japanese theater this past summer and had the time of my life!
Teach, Learn, Share
Dance. I will always love, teach and share my passion for dance.
What I Can Share with Hosts
