I graduated in May of 2020 from Temple University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with degrees in Political Science and English. I am currently a Fulbright English teaching assistant and will be living and teaching in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria for the next several months.

I was born in New York but grew up in a town outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Most of my domestic travel in the United States was for national debate tournaments - I've been to 20 of the US states. My international travel consists of a one-month study period in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany, and the corresponding day trips to a few other countries.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Though I've been on Couchsurfing for several years, I didn't actually use it until a recent trip to Spain. This is a real shame, especially considering I was living in a large city in the US for University - it would have been a great chance to meet new people.

I hope to travel during some of my free time this year (2022-2023) and would love to be able to meet people along the way! It is very difficult being a solo female traveler, so I hope that these meet-ups will make traveling a lot easier.
