I have many but mainly, harm none, dont forget how to play and have fun, always learning and staying curious about the mysteries of the world, have compassion for self and others, know your limits, accept and be at peace with the things you can't control, focus on the things within your power, be grateful for what you have and try to find joy in whatever you're doing and where ever you are as much as possible

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I have hosted travelers at my place in Ottawa a couple times, but not through this website. I've also couch surfed myself during my travels out west in 2014. Currently, I'm planning a trip to backpack Europe for the first time and I'm hoping to find some cool hosts in the towns that I'm visiting so I can save $$ on accommodations make some new friends along the way

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love various types of electronic music especially psychedelic trance and techno. I'm into DJing and love to dance and party. A movie that I watched recently which I thought was super cool is Blue Velvet by David Lynch. Just finished re-watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I'm also a big trekkie. And I'm gay so if there's any gay stuff going on I'm down for that

I can share about my experiences as someone who has helped build communities for all sorts of people. What I've learned about the social dynamics between people, history, economics, activism and protesting, religion and philosophy. I am also down for a talk about spiritual things anytime, I love hearing other people's views and in the process going deeper into my own.
