CURRENT MISSION :

Hi !

My friend Anouck and I (Morgane) are two twenty-years-old french girls. We met in High School in Orléans. Since then, even if we went apart because of our studies, we still share a really strong feeling into travel and discovering other cultures. Our current mission is to go to Amsterdam passing by Rotterdam and Brussels. And we want to go there by hiking! Our wish is to discover these cities and meet cool people. So if you are looking at my photos, Anouck is the girl in Ireland in the second picture ;)

About Anouck :
Anouck had just arrived from Ireland, where she worked as an au-pair girl . She really improved her English skills (with a really nice Irish accent !) and learned to have responsibilities by taking care of two adorable little girls ( but please, if you can, avoid the -Frozen- subject ! ). She is a real kind, open-minded girl, even if she study mathematics ;) . Anouck loves to travel to share her inner joy (and also, she is a great chef ! ).

About me :
I'm an architecture student in Strasbourg. Thanks to my city's localization ( near the German border) I had a lot of opportunities to travel in eastern Europe ( Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Germany, ...) . Sometimes I was alone, but most of my trip experiences were with friends. More people, more fun :) .
I'm a really happy person who loves to share stories, especially funny ones (I'm quite talkative :) ) . I love to meet local people because I really like to learn their culture, (history, arts, music, food) and often share mine.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

For me couchsurfing is a really nice way to complete the trip by embracing all the local's way of life.

You might see that i'm kind of a newbie in the community. My first couchsurfing experience was with my friend Sandra in Warsaw. It was so nice to share a moment with our host, telling stories to each others about our trips, our culture, that I already knew that I will create my own account when I went back home. And here we are !

Also, as a guest, I always try to keep the place clean and to show my gratitude with a gift or a dinner. If you let me, I will love to cook something.

So if you're looking at my profile, I might not have many references, but I will be thrilled to solve this problem with your invitation ( and i'm a really nice person)

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music. I may have some difficulties with (too) hard rock or acid-electo, but I'm a real open-minded person. So if you want to show me a hard rock concert in your city, I will go with pleasure.

I like cinema, but I more a series-fan : Game of Thrones, Walking dead, stuff like that make my week's evening ;)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A Bouddhist pilgrimage in China. I'm not sure that I agreed to do it if I had known that there was no path but only stairs to climb during three days!
However, it was a really great experience, and, with a nice drink, I will be glad to explain to you how I survive to crazy monkeys in the Chinese's mountains :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn some words in the language of the country, I am currently visiting. Even if it's just the translation of raspberry in Polish - huuum Malina - you could be sure that I will keep these words in my mind !

I'm sure that people of CS have a lot of things to share , and I will be thrilled to learn some of it. ;)

What I Can Share with Hosts

One thing that I love to share is FOOD ! Recipes, traditional dishes or drinks, I'm not especially and great cook, but i liked to think that for now, everything I've done is eatable ;)
