About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My mission is to see the world and allow the world to change me. I want to experience other cultures and let those cultures mold me into a more diverse person.
ABOUT ME
I am a recent college graduate who is currently in the law school application process. Recently, I moved to the east bay area (San Francisco Bay Area) from Chico. I like to hang out with friends, meet new people, go dancing, read and explore the world.
PHILOSOPHY
My personal philosophy is never expect anything, that way you are always surprised instead of sometimes being let down. Also ALWAYS be positive!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I love to meet new people and couch surf. Currently, I am living in a situation where couch surfing is not possible. However, in a few short months I am moving to San Diego where I would be happy to host travelers who like to meet new people and experience new cultures.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Even though they are not on my profile (yet) I have couch surfed two previous times. Once in Milano with Carlo and another time in Praha with Karl- they were both excellent hosts. Honestly, I don't think that I would have had as good of a time in both of those cities if I had not couch surfed!

Music, Movies, and Books
Movies: Crash, The Girl with the Pearl Earring, The Hangover, Julie and Julia, Donnie Darko, The Spanish Apartment, Match Point, and too many others...
Music: The Rolling Stones, The Clash, Death Cab for Cutie, Taylor Swift, David Guetta, Bob Sinclair, Michael Jackson, most top 20 and dance/techno... as well as jazz and classical. Pretty much anything, except hard rock or heavy metal.
Books: too many to list.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have been within 50 meters of a hump-back whale and its calf while in Maui. We were whale watching and they swam right up next to the catamaran. Then they both started swimming back and forth underneith the boat! It was really neat but also sort of scary! Once in a lifetime experience, that is for sure!
Teach, Learn, Share
Like I said, I love to cook and I know how to make some very yummy dishes. In return, I would love to learn how to make new and different dishes... there are never enough good recipes one can know! :)
