Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I love meeting new people from all around the world. Couchsurfing brings the option to meet locals and to get to know a city better than beeing a tourist in a hotel! You don't just meet amazing people, you get to know the best bars and restaurants locals go to, as well as good spots to hang out and buy groceries. You experience the city you're at in a different awesome way.

Interests

I love hiking, snowboarding, slacklining, ropeskipping, jogging, basketball!! I really want to start climbing. I just didn't have the opportunitiy yet. I really like being outdoors enjoying the nature, camping, having BBQs and bonfires. I really enjoy hanging out with friends, having some beers and being funny. I also took some yoga lessons and try to do it outside as often as I can. It is really refreshing and calming yourself.

I really love healthy cooking. I often don't really cook specific recipes, I just go grocery shopping and decide what I wanna mix and add. It's all spontaneous. I really enjoy cooking with and for friends and family but I also just like cooking for myself.

I am very into snowboarding! I follow a lot of magazines and pro riders. The best feeling is to ride fresh powder and butter down the hill! There's no better feeling on a board.

My biggest passion is flying. I want to become an airline pilot. Flying just fascinates me. Planes fascinate me. I like working under the kind of pressure pilots have to and I really like concentrating on more than one thing at the same time. It is challenging but it is such a good feeling after you had to focus on a lot of things and you stayed concentrated. It's rewarding.

I would really love to learn any kind of climbing. Rock climbing sounds awesome.

I'm teaching myself slacklining for a while now. I have my own and whoever I meet I introduce him or her to the joy of slacklining!

I'm also learning yoga and I would love to get better at it. As soon as I'm done traveling and have more money I'll attend more yoga classes!
