About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Four years ago I wrote “To get through school and to figure out what I am going to do with my life” in this section. Now I’m done with school but still don’t have much of a clue. I have decided to just take life as it comes.

ABOUT ME

I am a person who loves to experience new things and meet new people. I am generally a very quiet and calm person, but I have a lot of energy.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe life should be fun and exciting! I try to avoid routine and feelings of ennui as much as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfed a bunch. Hosted a good bit too usually just leaving ppl my apartment when I’m away on vacation. I love the hangout feature too when I’m on the road.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Been using Couchsurfing actively since about 2015. I have stayed with Couchsurfing hosts in the USA, Germany, and France. I have couch surfed the old fashioned way through meeting people or connection in The west coast of the USA and Canada. Nothing but good experiences :)

Interests

I love to read, travel, cook, explore, drink, people watch, climb, and hike.

  • beer
  • rock climbing
  • food
  • sleeping
  • hookah
  • mario kart

Music, Movies, and Books

I mostly listen to hip hop; A Tribe Called Quest, Kendrick Lamar, Gangstarr, Big Sean, MF DOOM, A$AP Rocky, The Notorious BIG, etc. I love concerts but hate clubbing. I have recently read Dessert solitaire by Edward Abbey and One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest by Ken Kesey. Some of my favorite movies are The Big Lebowski, Office Space, Easy Rider, and Into the Wild.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I climbed the chapel pond slab in New York. I jumped off of a 60ft bridge. I ate a slice of pizza in a single bite when I was 10, which was, and is still, my proudest moment.

Teach, Learn, Share

If you're excited and willing to truly test your limits I'd love to teach you to climb. I love to learn about other peoples cultures, and I think one of the best ways to do this is to learn how to cook a meal from your country! I can also teach you how to juggle!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'll cook for you :)

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, Australia, Austria, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Dominican Republic, France, Germany, India, Japan, Jordan, Mexico, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Oman, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Viet Nam

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Ireland, United States
