Interests

I'm a musician and a pretty nerdy guy. I make my living as a shipbuilding engineer and sail on Tall ships in the summer. So, the sea. Love it. Also why I moved from Bavari to Northern Germany.

I play bass, guitar, sing in a choir and recently started to learn drums. I play in a ass kickin Southern Rock band and dream of a Funk/soul band á la The Meters. Someday...

Travelling happens mostly on the water on the two or three different traditional sailing ships I crew on. Thats the more the work part, vacation is befor and after the trips. I love to explore the harbour cities for a couple of days without much planing.

Climbing 30m high masts on a traditional rigged schooner.

Sailing through force 8 storms on a sailing ship in the channel and the north sea.

Rocking in front of 200 people in a packed club.
