About Me

Ask me about the sights I've been visiting during my travels and I wont be able to tell you much. Ask me about the awesome people I've met and the friendships made, and you'll experience the greatest joy in my eyes.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

"Try to surround yourself with your own tribe. People who resonate with you and share the same energy. Learn from them" -Travelcommandment from a 12-years-and-counting world-traveller I met on a bus in Vietnam when I was struggling to find meaning with my travels - Then I found Couchsurfing :)

Favourite Authors: Yuval Noah Harrari, Alain de Button, Ernest Hemmingway, khaled hosseini, dostojevskij,

The biggest fan of Leonard Cohen and Nick Cave you'll ever meet :)

Mumford & Sons and the Lumineers are heavy rotations whenever im travelling

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Done three 10 Days Vipassana Silent Meditation courses

I became so sick of preparations for my final exams, that I decided to ditch studying and instead went on a hitchhiking trip through germany, the netherlands and belgium

Walked the Camino De Santiago

Highlights of my 6 months trip in Asia 2019:
- Hitchhiking 500 kilometers in rural Cambodja with two couchsurfers on the back of tractors and trucks to explore an ancient templevillage
- Learning the basics of meditation and yoga tecniques at a 6 days course in rural Cambodia while befriending the most amazing people and getting hospitalized for 5 days thereafter because I dislocated my leg during yoga
- Staying 10 days in an apartment with 25 other couchsurfers🇰🇭, socializing, playing music and just having a great time
- Couchsurfing for a week on a boat anchored at an Island🇲🇾, kayaking and enjoying nature

Teach, Learn, Share

A curious mind. Loves to talk intensely about anything that matters :) Economic inequality, behavioral psychologi, amazing books, travel stories etc.
