One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Travelled 6 months through Malaysia, Bali, Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Cook Island, Los Angeles, London. This was my first long travelling experience and have been trying to do it whenever possible since.
Also travelled 3 months on my own in Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia, an amazing experience. Spent 6 weeks in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany.
Summer 2014 was a 6 week mission on my own in Brazil, two weeks during the World Cup in Rio de Janeiro and 4 weeks seeing some of the natural wonders of the Earth.
Summer 2015 was an active holiday where I enjoyed nature and thrills every day for two months straight.
Daily hikes of +20 km on the volcanic island of Madeira, Portugal, the Julian Alps in Slovenia, Durmitor National Park in Montenegro and some hitchhiking through Bosnia, Germany and Austria.
Summer 2016 was rather spent closer to my home country, on festivals and living on a boat in Sweden.
2017 brought me to Nepal for my master's thesis about developing a Francis turbine test rig at Kathmandu University. From a tourist-perspective, the highlights were a 6-day trek in the Himalayas, safari in Chitwan National Park and renting a motorbike and driving to the Tibet/China border.
