About Me
CURRENT MISSION
they say no one has an empty back-pack.that's the beauty of it.and i swear by it.i locate my small world in a few words-universal citizen, free will, the core, passion, confusion, one life.
ABOUT ME
shit!these columns scare me.they kind of prick inwards trying to puncture me.hell.here comes another attempt.only this time i'll try and be more blatant and admitting-than-ever.i often astonish myself when i go through some of my word-scrapes.they help me stay in touch with my core.something that's more than oxygen to me.i am also a case of extreme-personality.so i have my lunar phases for things i'm very passionate about("strange!" huh), like-reading, working out, writing, maintaining diaries, coffee, music even travelling.ridiculous!
Oddly enough, these are also the only few constants i'd like to know myself by.
it'll only be meaningful for you to know and for me to answer 'what the hell am i doing on CS?"
i say i'm evolving!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I COUCHSURFED WITHOUT KNOWING IT EXISTED
on my last trip to Goa, me and my boy friend were strolling the beautiful candolim beach( north goa). we instinctively struck up a conversation with our now german friend Leppon who happened to be taking a walk with his girl( a guitar).being avid music lovers, we invited him to our shack and found friendship over a few drinks, songs and lots of conversation.
before departing for mumbai and learning that leppon would be heading there after a week(he knew no soul in the city), we invited him over. To our pleasant surprise, he arrived!that too with his new-found girl friend, julie.
while leppon had to leave that night for berlin, julie stayed with us for a day.we went hobnobbing in the city.for a coffee.had indian home-made food for dinner, before we dropped her to her train(she was heading for pushkar in rajasthan).
they left us with their addresses and Facebook credentials, not without inviting us over to berlin and leaving us with profound memories.
that was our first unofficial "couch surfing" experience (as i learn the term now)
