ABOUT ME
I am 31 years old and typical “was burned out working in tech so quit my job to travel”. I have solo traveled a lot previously so I am very familiar with CouchSurfing but it has been years since the last time. And now that I am traveling to explore again I am so excited to meet the beautiful people of this community again!

I was born in Italy and when I was 4 years old, my family moved to San Diego, California. I love traveling. All of my relatives are either in Italy or England (my mother is British), so I was lucky to experience travel at a young age when we would visit them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

By being a friendly couch surfer!.....I have not used Couchsurfing in years! And at the moment I feel guilty I can’t host but as I am backpacking I am excited to reconnect with the community I used to love!

I love to paint, explore, cook, find beautiful sunsets, be lazy with good friends, host dinner parties and enjoy a good coffee in silence ☺️
I also enjoy being active so either gym, yoga, swimming or hiking, volleyball, and dance.

Movies-Again, the classics like Breakfast at Tiffany's, Grease, The Blues Brothers, Animal House, Some LIke It Hot, etc. And of course the modern ones, The Hangover, Harry Potter, Babel
Music-A little of everything. But yes. Love the classics (Eric Clapton, Rolling Stones, Queen)...............everything but country music.
And I love classical music. I started playing the piano when I was 5. That was all I knew for a while.

Spent a month volunteering at a coral NGO in Indonesia planting coral.

Super philosophical question. I can't give an amazing answer but I guess to help build a community where people can trust in others. I am a yoga teacher and diver. I gravitate to communities where the trust is deep.
